The match and the result can wait! But the bigger news in this game is that SRH title-winning captain (in 2016) David Warner has been dropped from the playing XI. A day prior to this game he was sacked as SRH captain. And experienced Kane Williamson had been entrusted with the captaincy responsibilities.

Even though Warner was sacked as captain, he was expected to retain his place in the playing XI but the cricket fraternity was left shell shocked after he was dropped from the game against Rajasthan Royals. Here are some of the tweets:
