On the other hand, all-rounder Jason Holder has been rested from these two tours while Shimron Hetmyer has been unavailable owing to the birth of his first child. Meanwhile, explosive opener Evin Lewis has been dropped having failed to pass the fitness criteria set by Cricket West Indies.
