The unbeaten fifties each from Mitchell Santner (77* off 42) and Daryl Mitchell 51* off 27) helped New Zealand thump the Netherlands in the 2nd and final T20I match of the 2-match series. Captain Santner promoted himself to no. 3 and superbly stepped up with an unbeaten half-century!

Toss Update: Netherlands won the toss and opted to bat first.
Having opted to bat first, Netherlands posted a score of 147 on the board losing 4 wickets in 20 overs. Bas de Leede (53 off 48) once again starred with the bat scoring his 2nd half-century in as many games this series! Michael Bracewell was the pick of Kiwis bowlers with figures of 2-20 from his 4 overs.
New Zealand, chasing 148 runs to win, got the job done losing just 2 wickets in 14 overs. This was a massive victory for the visitors considering the fact that the game went close in the first T20I of this series! Though both the openers departed cheaply, Santer and Mitchell stitched an unbeaten 123*-run stand for the third wicket to help them win the match quite comfortably and clean sweep the series.
